Hosts pay

Deducted from your payout. Locked for 24 months from your first confirmed booking — if we raise the rate for new hosts, yours does not move.
Airbnb is moving every host onto a single host-only service fee of about 15.5%, charged on the whole booking subtotal — nightly rate, cleaning fee, pet fee and extra-guest charges included. Put your own numbers in.
