There is no cleaning-fee field in our system to hide anything in. Hosts set a single nightly rate with cleaning already in it, so the first number you see is the number you pay.
Stripping beds and hauling out bins after paying for cleaning is not a thing here. If a host asks, report it in one tap and we refund you part of the stay automatically.
Every completed stay earns a permanent right to review. We only remove reviews that are illegal, and when we do we publish the removal — with the reason — where anyone can read it.
You shouldn't have to read forty reviews to work out whether the lights stay on. Every LarkStay listing declares this up front, and you can filter on it.
